Mindfulness for Better Mental Health Classes

Quick Details:

Attendance follows a drop-in format (your child does not need to attend every date offered) with the purchase of a class package.

  • Ages 5–8: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00–10:45

  • Ages 9–12: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00–12:00

  • Teens: Tuesdays at 12:15, and Thursdays at 6:00

Sign-up prior to June 1 to reserve your child’s space.

June 16th & 18th, June 23rd & 25th, July 7th & 9th, July 14th & 16th, July 21st & 23rd, July 28th & 30th, August 4th and 6th, August 11th and 13th

Cost:

Buy a class package, and drop into classes on days that work for you! Two classes are offered per week for each age group, for 8 weeks. Your child does not have to attend both classes each week, or can drop in to both weekly classes for several weeks— summer is a busy time with shifting schedules for families, so we’ll use this flexible format.

  • 6 classes $190

  • 8 classes: $200

  • 10 classes: $215

  • 12 classes: $220

  • Unlimited: $225
